Sometimes we write about life and sometimes we write about the apocalypse.  

Passing little pieces of music back and forth, back and forth, this is what we made.  

Here's to music, the cause of and solution to the original pathological meaning of nostalgia.  

Slides is a low-fi indie project based out of the Boston suburbs, formed in 2020 under the weight and mania of quarantine introspection.

We grew up in the same town, same friends, same influences. 

It's not our first time forming a band, but after losing touch for 17 years, it is our first time writing music with some perspective on dreamlike youth, reinterpreted through experience.
